Privacy
We collect only the data required to verify a licence, fulfil an allocation and record a verification event. Verification logs store the serial, timestamp and outcome — never health information.
Terms of Supply
Products are supplied to licensed pharmacies, clinics and wholesalers only, for dispensing under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional in accordance with local law.
Returns
Sealed units may be returned within 14 days where the tamper-proof seal and scratch panel are intact. Units with a removed scratch panel cannot be returned to stock.
Support
The authentication desk responds within one business day. Suspected counterfeits are escalated immediately and investigated with the serialisation registry.
